The first one has a lot wrong with it! I don't blame them though, as they're from another country! This was on a coffee shop in Upminster, that is unfortunately now closed. ...WILL BE CLOSED FROM MONDAY 1st SEPTEMBER AND RE-OPENING... should be ...WILL BE CLOSED FROM MONDAY 1st SEPTEMBER AND WILL RE-OPEN... or ...WILL BE CLOSING FROM MONDAY 1st SEPTEMBER AND WILL BE RE-OPENING...! APPOLOGIES should be APOLOGISE and INCONVINIENCE should be INCONVENIENCE!
For the second one, there is a CLASSIC missing apostrophe! The supermarket belongs to the seven different brothers, so instead of being SEVEN BROTHERS, it should be SEVEN BROTHERS' Supermarket! Also, TOBACCOES is spelt TOBACCOS!
Just the normal mistake with BRADS BARBERS, no apostrophe! It should clearly be BRAD'S BARBERS!
I also found this in Southend! Clearly, someone though that dogs do a Winnie the Pooh, not a poo!
What can I say? Too many apostrophes! RING'S should just be RINGS, as it's just a plural!
Here, there's no apostrophe! It's the lounge belonging to the residents, so it should be RESIDENTS' LOUNGE instead of RESIDENTS LOUNGE!
These were both from DAVIDS OF LEIGH. It should be DAVID'S OF LEIGH and GENTLEMEN'S HAIRDRESSERS!
No apostrophe! HANKS should be HANK'S!
Shop belonging to the big man, so another apostrophe missing! BIG MANS should be BIG MAN'S!
GRRR! YET ANOTHER APOSTROPHE MISSING! BEN'S instead of BENS!
Apostrophe missing again! Room belonging to the men, so MEN'S ROOM not MENS ROOM!
ARGH! We've gone from not enough apostrophes to too many! It's plural!
TOO MANY AGAIN! A shop in Romford told people that they're open 7 DAY'S a week instead of 7 DAYS!
It's missing in Adam's this time!
Missing again! What is on, so it's a contraction!
Umm... It doesn't make sense...
It's not Biscotto, it's Biscotti!
Last, but definitely not least, is this sign. Classic homophone error! Your instead of you are (you're)!
